Sometimes we can correct the mistake before the item ships, but, thanks to a recent system upgrade, orders are processed immediately and shipping labels are printed and applied shortly thereafter. If the item is sent back because it cannot be delivered, we will reissue a new order, after confirming and updating your shipping details.
