The most common reason for not receiving confirmation emails is that there is a typo in the email address as entered at the time of purchase. Sometimes, the confirmation emails are sent to the spam folder. Check there first. If it's not in the spam folder kindly contact us at email@example.com and we'll locate the order and correct the matter.
